It is estimated that 28 million American will receive food stamps this year, an all time high and up a million and a half from 2007. That's nearly one in ten of us. And yet on the day this story appeared the American stock markets rose over 3%, essentially declaring the credit crisis over.
Further proof that there are two realities in America today. One for the elite. And one far less rosy for the rest of us.
